[V8] Subframe bushing replacement... issues

So I'm having some trouble with the subframe removal.....  I am pretty sure
we can lick this job ourselves pretty easily.  Or, rather, I was.

We are pulling the subframe out of the car right now, yes the
suspension/'trans is supported.  But we have an issue with the front
passenger side bushing's bolt.  The nut appears to have broken loose from
its tack welds.  Or, I'm assuming it was tack welded because I see no way to
hold the damn thing.  I can tell you it is moving because there is a hole
with a rubber gromet on the frame just above and forward of it.  I removed
this and can feel the nut spinning.   Anyone had this happen to them, and
have a way to get that nut held in place?  This is kicking my butt right
now.  Thanks all!
