[V8] 91' V8 Automatic with vibration/noise

I have a 91' V8 automatic that has a very odd vibration and noise coming from the front (more towards the left side). It is like a trumping sound, not metallic. It only makes this sound going down the road (not on the car lift) especially about 35 mph. We've replaced the left side half shaft, new wheel bearing, drained and refilled the front diff, rotated wheels front to back in case of bad wheel - we are at a loss of this vibration noise. Has antone had a front diff carrier bearing go bad to know what it sounds like? or a bad diff itself? Again, it isn't a grinding sound like you would expect from a bearing.
