[V8] 91' V8 Automatic with vibration/noise

In addition to the other suggestions, also check the motor/trans mounts. If 
bad, the powertrain will shift just right to rub the body/trans tunnel when 
accelerating. If this noise is not while accelerating, desregard this 
suggestion.
