[V8] Bearing Puller added to Knowledgebase

Uh, dude, do we really need a note sent to every mailing list every time 
a new article is added to the KB?  Or is this a policy (or even an 
automated bit of junk) I don't know about?

If it's automated, why does it spam all the lists, not just the KB list?
