I agree regarding the Bilsteins, and the Konis.  B for bad, K for kool, (da)
kine?   Whatever, I have never like my HD's and have been pleasantly
surprised by the Koni sports especially after I removed the H&R's and put
stock springs back in.  Very nice.

I've driven several different Audi's with H&R's, and have been pleasantly 
surprised with the ride qualities. IMO, what kills the ride is Bilstein 
Struts that some people install with the springs. Other than factory 
replacements (ie, the car came with bilstein struts) I've never liked the 
stiff ride that they provide. On the other hand, there is a great amount of 
control for road racing that goes along with that stiff ride, and they are 
extremely durable!

Dave C's V8 was a great example of a suspension done right, with H&R's and 
Koni adjustable struts.
