[V8] New problem - v8 tb - Update

Tryed to flush the system tonight, specifically the heater core.  Hard to push water through the core.  Little chunks of what look like spiral noodles came out?  They were probably no more than 3/16" in diameter and I didn't get many out - I'm sure there are many more stuck in there.  Any ideas on that one?  The expansion tank is in good shape after looking at it out of the car.  Thanks.
