[V8] V8Q Cruise Control Rod Bushing

years ago, I made a little J hook to hold the rod more or less in
place if that ever happened. I just used some copper wire. (I was out
of bailing wire...)
I still thing is gives a little peace of mind knowing that it can not
jam the throttle open.
