Don't mention it to her.  Approach the owners, let them know you are an Audi 
Fan, that you cherish the 200 Avant, and it will go to a good, loving home.
Seal the deal, then park it at your daughter's house in Morrill until you can 
fix what needs fixing. After your wife's kitchen is remodeled you can "buy" the 
Avant and show it to your wife. :)
