[V8] [Bulk] Piston Rings, ring groves

Pretty sure the V8 pistons are exactly the same as a VW 16V piston.  And 
I'm pretty sure both have 20mm wrist pins, same ring config. ect. From  my 
looking at ETKA and various sources I think they may be interchangeable, but  
not sure if rings for treated AL blocks are the same as ones for ferrous 
blocks.  If they are then there -only- about 20 suppliers for them.
