[V8] steering rack job and distributor failure

They installed the driver's side tie rod upside down and it hit the
distributor.  Usually this just breaks the cap.  Maybe he's a drama addict.

Hello guys
I had the steering rack replaced and the mechanic said one of the
distributors disintegrated. I know it's a mistake on their part but I could
not remember the exact cause. Could you please comment. Thanks John
