[V8] Radio wiring, could use some help

Ok, i don't know what you mean by tumbler, but i meant to ask if the 
ignition lock does give voltage anywhere in the first key turn 
position, before "run". Because sometimes you want to listen to radio 
when car is not running, but you really wouldn't wanna go to "run" 
position since then blower goes on, etc..
But, in my case i don't want to wire radio "ign" lead to a constant 
+12v, since then the radio won't shut off when car shuts down. And 
this 
feature i need since i shut car off many times in a day when im 
working.

Kind of missing what your asking, sorry, but to the best of my 
ability 
here is what I can do.

First off, if I wire the radio pwr/ground to the factory wires, that 
is, through fuse 4, and then wire the IGN leader to the Pwr wire as 
well, I can turn the radio on/off without keys in the ignition any 
time 
I want.

If I wire the IGN leader to an ign source, In my case Its going to 
come off the tumbler, because I got sick of poking with the multi, 
then 
the radio has an internal circuit that uses that IGN wire as a signal 
wire, and shuts off some 10sec after ign cut.
