[V8] Radio wiring, could use some help

I looked at the wiring diagram for the early V8Q, terminal 86s is the key
inserted contact, the attached wire is Red/Grn.  It appears to go to one of
the Kostal connector pins (T14h-8) and there looks like a open connector T8a
pin 3 behind the console.
