[V8] P/S pump pulley removal

A press is the recommended procedure for both removing and installing.

The flange is a casting.  Hammering may lead to breaking.

Once the pulley is hot, are we still using a 3 leg puller to ease it off? 
And what about pushing it back on?  Is it just hammered on when hot?
