I'm not going to be much help as I didn't do the conversion.  If the weather
holds out, I can remove a wheel and take pictures this weekend.  I'll try to
capture details of the strut, caliper, rotor, and bracket.

I believe the original builder of my car was Andrew Schlueter at Haus of Dub.
He did the 5-speed conversion. I don't know if he did the brakes and other
mods (suspension, brakes, seats, lights). I have a request posted to him.
