[V8] Which motor?

I have all of the parts to do a timing belt job, as well as my P&P heads to
install. I'm trying to decide between two options:

Option 1: Do the timing belt and install the heads on 200k+ mile the motor
in the silver car I just picked up. The benefit here being that the motor
is already in the car, with the downside of the high miles.

Option B: Since I'll be parting the pearl car anyway, I can take the 124k
mile motor out of it, do the timing belt and heads with the motor out of the
car, then just swap it into the new silver car. The obvious benefit being
the lower miles and the ease of doing everything with full clearance around
the motor. The downside being a full motor swap instead of just changing
the timing belt and heads.

Which one sounds more worthwhile to you guys?

Also, on a completely unrelated note, I just found a little baggy full of
seals that says "PUMP SEAL KIT", part # 026 198 049. Is this for rebuilding
the hydraulic pump? I don't fully remember buying it.
