The eight you have left are more than likely the problem. Of the ten or so I've rebuilt (same pump as a 5000/100/200 as well) they were all leaking from the "X" caps. One of them also had a small weeping from the front seal. The way to do the "X" caps is to get a large socket from NAPA that looks like a huge straight-blade screwdriver and goes on a 1/2" rachet. Grind it down a bit so it fits into the slots of the caps. Then, put it on a 1/2" impact, and go to town. You will see those caps all around the pump, on the sides. When they rebuild the pumps, they don't replace every seal I'v rebuilt several "rebuilt" pumps. Some after only months of replacement, and they generally have several o-rings that were clearly not replaced when "rebuilt".
