[V8] Intermittent ABS light and diff locking up

I had the same problem. I would bet that a sensor/sensor wire is bad. I had a wire go bad on one sensor. I just did a simple resistance test on the wires coming off of the sensor, jiggled the wire a bit, and voila - I found the bad one. Just fixed the wire, sealed up the connection and good to go. Could be other things though - I don't think the TCU will stor any abs codes, as the abs has it's own computer - if you have the pricy dealer computer you could probably read them - but the test described above will probably find your problem.
