These are not circuit breakers in the sense that they're used instead of
a fuse. Their function is to open the circuit when the switch is held
too long, there is no stop in the window motor or mechanism, so the
breaker kills the current.
As already recommended, check your switches, then replace the blown fuse
you have in position 21 of the fuse box. ;-)
