[V8] Elec Windows Don't Work - Diagnostic

-? ck for 12v on power side of circuit breakers
IF YES
You have a ground fault in the wiring.? Try pulling all the plugs off the DS master switch, grab a beer, come back and ck *only* sunroof operation.? 
IF NO SUNROOF
Remove all plugs off all door switches, grab another beer, come back and ck *only* sunroof operation.
IF YES SUNROOF
Add regulators in one at a time until circuit breaker blows = shorted regulator motor
IF NO SUNROOF
Check for frayed wires in the drivers side door hinge boot.

change.? Swapped circuit breakers, no change.
