[V8] 5spd V8 in marketplace, a few Q's

I have to admit, I sat and debated which would be the better choice, buying
one in this price range, or waiting until I can get around to making my own
out of my 5spd and my 4.2 parts car. I decided to stick with what I've got.

Allan,

If Mark sold his for about the same $$, then whoever bought it got an
absolutely amazing deal. Even in this crappy 'nobody has any $$'
environment, being able to buy a 4.2 V8 5 speed for the same money as a 3.6
stock 5 speed isn't all too shabby (documented TB change or not). Don't
even want to think about how much $$ I spent on my stock blue '91 5 speed a
few years back with leaking steering rack, etc.(a project I haven't even
started on yet).... Oh, the pain, the pain...
