[V8] Front/Rear Subframe Bushings, aftermarket/performance type

Just wondering if anyone has ever been able to source a set like this? Or
Perhaps get a few bushings out to companies who do this sort of stuff and
get a set or two?

Right now, I'm looking at having them made custom locally, for both the
front and rear subframe, out of delrin, as a press fit piece.

Here, I've found delrin at a somewhat affordable rate
http://www.mcmaster.com/#delrin-bushings/=3qfv4i

Notice its 6inches long, and then various I.D. and O.D. as well.

I'm going to make a full set for the front subframe, and likely a full set
for the rear as well I believe.
I find that the way the subframes are made, and the bushings work, that
there is probably too much play
to let a good suspension operate well.

Any pointers? I know a fella had sets made for the rear subframe for an S4
or V8, or something of the likes, so having him
chime in would be nice.

Anyone here think I might cause a problem with the front subframe by making
solid bushings? (note that the factory ones have two holes cut on each
bushing that are lined so as to form a "spring" absorbing shock between
suspension and body. Good for comfort, bad for performance)
