[V8] Excessive Oil and Emission Pressure

My 93 also makes the sound you describe.  I only notice it after driving the
car and shutting down and stay near the car.  If I open the fuel filler cap
it goes away for a little bit but usually reoccurs again after a few
minutes.

Kinda sounds like a  
really slow goose "honk"....My 93's got it and I can hear it in the  
cabin,should be louder in the trunk.  On my old saab it was only the  
check valve on the pump, but many here have replaced their pumps.
