[V8] Fuel tank whine

Agreed, "hiss" or "buzz" is a better word. I thought that it may have
something to do with the "closed loop fuel venting system return to intake
manifold or fuel tank" stuff. In WA if you have to test, they attach a
device to the fuel cap to check pressure holding ability. Coming up here
shortly.
