[V8] Fuel tank whine

To be fully honest I don't know if its worth it to fix since for the most part everyone seems to agree no issues while running truly occur.

I know a fellow lister stated by removing the fuel pump and cleaning the cylindrical screen of the 'lint' or 'fuz' which was fornerly fuel tank lining, he was able to correct the buz.  Basically the problem is a form of cavitation when dealing with high pressure fluid systems.  

I tore mine down to fix the fuel gauge with thermostat wire and found this problem and then removed the innrds of the tank to try and clean it to no avail.
