[V8] Dash Pad Removal for Ignition Switch Replacement

The last one I did was many moons ago on V8Q#2.   I do recall the dash
pad coming right out with no snags.  Here are some pics I have of when I
pulled mine, maybe there's something there that'll ring a bell:

This is a shot from underneath.  The two metal "claws" you see are where
the switch slides into the lock mechanism.  The holes you see on top are
for reaching a small screwdriver through to remove switch.
