Naw, as long as you're pissing money away, may as well buy a brand new R8
convertible, and trade it in every year on a brand new Audi. Yeah,
that's the ticket.
When the $40 solenoid died in my V8Q transmission many moons ago, Audi
wanted me to spend $4500 for a new transmission (part alone.) I opted to
adapt one from a used BMW transmission. 3 hours and $50 and it's still
working fine.
You'd think Audi could come up with a transmission for an $85000+ car
that lasts longer than the one in a Chevy Chevette.
BCNU,
Yahoo nuked my website with no warning.
