[V8] TPS and Idle Stabilizer Valve

My hot start issue may be related to the TPS on the front of the ISV black cylinder 
at the front of the engine. I decided to replace it with another. First the radiator is 
in the way, so I remover the mixing assembly to the dual throttle faps. I still can't 
remove the lower phillips head screw holding the TPS in place. Are the two mini 
screws the way to remove this six pin sensor?
How would I clean the idle stabilizer valve? The book seems to skip all of this and I 
am unable to find it in the archives. Is there a search for subject that includes all 
years, any reference to TPS?  Thanks,  Bob
