[V8] Gut check time on my V8, what's it worth?

I have to make a decision about the vehicle as it's just not suiting my new
needs (dealing with stop-and go traffic constantly, and towing).

I have a 1991 factory 5 speed.  I need to make a decision to repair it/keep
it, repair it/sell it, or sell it outright as is.

*Pros:*
Factory 5 speed.
Nice shape, clean.
Ur-S6 Avus wheels and 2nd set of A8 wheels
157k on odo, 25k or less on professionally rebuilt head
25k or less on new, sportier suspension.

*Cons:*
Parking lot minor hit to front headlight area, going to cost $1500 to repair
fender/hood/headlight.
Can't tow horses.

So I have to deal with the insurance company and I'm betting they will try
to total it.  I went through this once in the past and argued with another
insurance company for ages and got more out of them because of the
demonstrated 5-speed rarity/value.

What is the current value of the car as-is, and if I had it repaired and it
was in nice shape, everything in good condition?

I hate to get rid of it, and I might consider repairing it and keeping it as
a once-in a while driver.  But I need to understand my options.  It's hard
to keep an unused vehicle given my space and use constraints.
