Well, one of my window motors is for sure seized... I took apart the rear
left passenger door and got the window motor off the regulator, the stator
and rotor, I think it is, were rusted together.  Got the center section out
and I'm using my disc sander on it.  The magnets come apart too, so
hopefully I can fix it... we shall see.  If not, need a new motor... Looks
like both back ones are seized, not sure how so much moisture got in them,
maybe came back through the "drain" thing that doesn't seem to work.
