No.....
I first noticed a problem while on the highway. I was doing 80 and got off the gas so a car could merge and the car kinda "snapped back/recoiled/snapped back".....know what I mean?. But replying the gas and the car would cruise fine.
The issue was more prevalent when I got off the highway and entered more stop and go driving. Again getting off the gas to shift the car felt like it was pulling back.
When I had to stop the car it was fine...idled were it should, or while having to slow for someone in front of me I would put it in neutral and the car idled were it should b. If I got off the gas at any speed the car again pulled back/recoiled/ect....
But while driving with my foot set at a constant steady speed the car drove like it should.

I'm assuming it's also running bad when you are rolling in gear. Its definately a fuel issue. Do you have a fuel pressure port? If so, I'd start there.
