[V8] V8 Little problem

Jack, the cats aren't oe there metallic race cats so i'm sure they are not clogged. The CAT light is functional and works as it should.

I was planning on replacing the 02 so no biggie.

I'm going to go out there in a bit to pull her in the garage and get her out of this crappy weather and pull the TB assembly so I can take a look....but i'll pull codes first.

I think it could also be a clogged cat- when they are clogged they  will 
flow enough for idle, but under FT they back up. On my Lago car I had that  
issue which was verified by super hot cats. Gutted them and evrything was 
good,  plus a few HP to boot.
Also, the slowly diminishing gas milage could indicate a bad O2 sensor, and 
 an over rich condition, frying the cats, especially if they where older 
and  maginal.
As far as the herky-jerky action on/off throttle methinks TPS. I know mine  
had that issue and I replaced the TPS and all gone.
