[V8] Can Anyone verify this? Actual V8 Production numbers?

Yes. There were 170 V8s sold from January 1,1993 to December 31, 1993. 
As the 1994 model year started to be available in Sept. 1993, a number 
of those 170 are '94s. Either way, I don't think there were more than 
maybe 120 1994 model year V8s sold in the US.
