[V8] Unintended Acceleration Reference

There is little question that CR is of minimal value to me when assessing vehicles, but it was not bad for appliances and such.  My problem is that they claim to be unaffected by the manufacturers and present an unbiased evaluation.  Seeing what they did in this instance causes skepticism about any of their results.

I put consumerreports on the list with Car and Dumbass.  I really can't stand CR's opinions on cars.  No enthusiast standpoint at all.  They even hated the miata for a while.  How can you ever?  They have come around to the newer ugly body though.

Ugg, either way, cr is for the avg everyman whom crashes their toyotas because they don't understand neutral or brakes,  but its not for someone like me or most of the list,  when it comes to cars.
