Yes. Check next time you're out for a little spirited stint. Its quite warm. More so than it should be from just the hydraulic pump running the fluid through it. It may or may not be an issue but I worry about everything. Having a brake master cyl. Melt because of turbo heat will bet you nervous about heat.

Really? I hadn't noticed or had a problem (hyd. Reseevoir getting hot). You
do have those exhaust manifold heat shields in place, right?

manifolds. I noticed this working on the car today, and the Hydraulic
reservoir gets waaaay too hot in this car. I'm going to wrap mine in the
same insulation I use on my turbo miata to keep from melting my brake
reservoir. Wrapping these headers in heat wrap is a good idea..
Glad I'm not the only one. I noticed its an easy change out from the
drawings as well.
Think its worth it to replace the hydraulic mounts and the front one all in
one shot while doing the subframe removal and repair?
