[V8] 28mm front sway bar

I have 3 4.2 cars.  I'm pretty sure I've checked the bar thickness on one of
them and it was not 28mm.

I don't think so... Only 4.2s with a manual supposedly did.  I know i've
heard this argued before.  Not claiming anything all I have is the FSM on
micro and etka to go by, never seen a 4.2 car.  maybe some people can
measure with a caliper their bars?

Tho with so many saying they ordered these from germany I'm pretty sure I'm
