[V8] 28mm front sway bar and bushings

I just went and measure sway bars on five cars, all 26mm. 

They were 91 5spd, 92, 93, 94 V8's and a 91 Avant.

Well, I just braved the 3 foot snows here in Delaware to measure my front
sway bar 
on a '93 4.2 and it measured about 2.6mm. I need to replace my sway bar 
bushings and subframe bushings. Is there a delrin bushing option and source
or is 
OEM replacement parts the way to go? I am getting a clunk that I can feel is
body 
related.
