Interesting.  In that case I wonder if it had the instrument cluster
replacement so prevalent then (should be marked in the door above /below the
locking plate), which would have been performed usually in the 45-50k range,
so add that then to the 40k, which would make it more like 90k-100k and
would better explain (to me) the seatback mesh being so loose from use.
