[V8] Any ideas regarding Front outer CV joints?

Well, Tom, I'm afraid I replaced it with the old passenger side one from my
'93. So far from what I've understood there are no driveshafts available
(certainly not new ones). It appears there may be reman ones available, but
good luck finding ones for the 5 speeds. Thank goodness it appears that he
failure point is just the outer CV joints and they can be replaced with ones
from any V8. So far I'm not aware of any other interchangeable outer CV
joints. But as outer CVs are not available separately it becomes difficult
to figure out if other ones for other vehicles might fit. Blau Parts carries
outer CV joints (but none for the V8). I hope someone has better news.

years ago), that the joint's themselves were unavailable.  If you did
get a new one, how much was it/where?...And if it was affordable, I'd
do the passenger if I was going to the trouble of doing the
