There is a very big issue with the 30V 2.8's as well, and I'd assume this also applies to the 3.0. That is that the cam chain tensioner gaskets and half moon's tend to leak, and that becomes a lot over time. If the car smokes when you come to a stop after some hard running, that's more than likely the issue. I've done more than my fair share, and it's a good bit of labor for a $9 gasket.

BTW, this same issue also applies to the 1.8T,and I'd assume any other engine that shares that chain tensioner.
