Anyway, there was the story about the highline optometrist who watched the
arrival of his wealthy, elderly female patient as she drove into his parking
lot.

When she was seated in his examining room, he peered into her eyes through
his examining device and remarked, "I see you have a new cataract."

"No," she replied.  "It's a Winken Continentwo....."
