Although I don't 'need' to sell it, I just don't drive it enough and it
deserves better. I doubt its had 3500 miles on it in the last year. Next
time I wash it I'll take fresh pics and put it on the marketplace. I'm
in no hurry, got no other 'gotta buys'. I would prefer to sell it before
June.
This is Dave Coleman's former car. Original 5 speed, xplanted 4.2 by
Keith when he was working for Bruce runs on 3.6 ECU just fine. Clutch
replaced at the time.
After the car was 'pinched' between a transit bus and a guard rail Dave
decided a full restoration was in order the way 'he' wanted it.
Professional 'glass out' respray of Nissan white base, then original
Audi pearl and clear results in a striking paint job that is near
perfect. Bumpers and side guards also painted for a distinct euro look.
Think 'appliance white pearl'. New tail lights installed at the time.
OEM rear EVO DTM spoiler sourced from a junkyard in Europe. I love it,
and it was a real hit at Sebring last year sitting beside a pearl R8.
Bira stage 2 Porsche brakes. Pilot Sport 17" tires. H&R/Konis. UrS4
front seats installed by me. Remanufactured OEM Bose head units
installed by me. ABT chip ready to install. Complete suspension bushing
replacement, tons of paperwork. Relayed euros in near perfect condition.
Headlight control switch sourced by me years ago ready for install.
Will also come with a huge amount of spare V8 parts - whatever the new
owner wants. This is my 4th V8 and there are only two I know of that I
would consider 'better'...
Has minor needs I may address, next owner can discuss with me or take
care of himself. Headliner biggest. Sound deadener was not reinstalled
when doors were re-skinned, so I was going to install Dynamat. Came to
me with ABS inop. I replaced the module, so its not that. The wheel
sensors need to be read out, and I happen to have a box stashed away
with a complete set of 4 sensors and cables.
$4800 firm as it sits. I have about $6500 in it. Ready to drive
anywhere, fly into Orlando and pick it up. This car dances with you and
is an absolute ball to drive. When my son picked it up to drive it down
he said 'this is the way they should have been made'... Its not a
perfect car, and its not
original. I would say its the perfect 'driver'.
Here are pics of the car when my son picked it up. They don't show the
new urS4 seats. Those seats were locally redyed and a hole in the
driver's seat side bolster filled.

Pics include 'concern' areas I discussed with Dave C when I bought the car.
