[V8] Cleaning lifters

If you remove the lifters to clean them, keep track of them and put them back in the same holes they 
came out of. Lifters and cams wear in to each other, if you swap lifters around hither and yon, 
you'll allegedly increase their wear rate significantly.

I'm not 100% sure if this is in fact true or a mechanic's myth, but since this is only a procedure 
and doesn't cost anything, it is probably worth the extra time and attention.

Also, I'd use some cam lube on re-assembly (Moly-Kote or something, now that Crane is out of 
business, my main source for this stuff has "dried up'.)
