[V8] UrS4//S6 seats in an early A4?

I don't know if the S4/S6 seats will fit, but as for the A4 seats, are
they split at a seam?  You may be able to remove the leather, sew the
seats back together, and re-install the leather. Even if you have to use
a local upholstery shop, it should be cheaper than buying new/used seats.
