[V8] window won't go up

Yep. that's all we did. put power to the switch to confirm it was the
switch... and bingo. put a new switch in and good to go saving all kinds of
funny attempts to fix. Glad you posted this... will save some a lot of
trouble. (like freezing weather and window down kind!!!)
