[V8] Deja vue all over again....

I haven't spent nearly enough time reading about the Detroit Auto Show, but
I did look over some of the information about the new Ford.  Not bad looking
car, was my first impression.

Then I looked at another new car that my wife has pronounced unfit for human
viewing, but which I think isn't bad at all....of course I haven't seen one
"in the flesh" yet.

Interesting automotive developments so it would seem.

Oh, but wait:  I have now been around long enough to think I am seeing
history repeat itself.

That Honda thingy? And that pretty decent looking little Ford....hmmmmm:
reminds me of something...ah, ah, ah.....lessee.....let me think......

Why: am I the ONLY person who thinks that the Type 44 Audi Avant didn't look
just like these cars did, back when it first appeared?  

It wasn't exactly a station wagon back then, but it also wasn't a hatch back
coupe....it was a, a, a, a....well, an AVANT.

And now I see the shape reappearing, and I want another Audi 200 Avant worse
than ever.
