[V8] Interesting V8-back seat pockets

To get them from sagging, take them off the backs at the top and install new 
elastic in the tops of them. It runs across the top. As for the rest of it, 
if it's still loose toward the bottom, loosen all the holding screws and 
pull it tight everywhere. Then, tighten them all down.
