[V8] Interesting V8

Someone mentioned that the trunk lip spoiler on the V8 on ebay looked like a
D2 spoiler. So my question is, would a D2 trunk spoiler fit a T44 trunk?

There are lip spoilers, and then there are lip spoilers... See attached. 
I've heard this one described as a diving board...
I believe the one shown in the ad is a generic, readily available on 
ebay. It reminds me a lot of the Saturn Aura lip spoiler.
