I agree, I'd take a heater core any day, I've done 3 racks and they
suck! (technical term)

I'm going to agree, but I would rather do a heater core/blower motor
over a rack.
Most difficult, time consuming, wrench throwing, swear fest was a rack I
did on my old 93 v8!

How bad? Let's just say I would have a hell of a time choosing between
doing a heater core on a V8 or replacing the steering rack on a V8. On
second thought, I think I'd prefer the steering rack.  Uh, oh.  What do
you want to bet the Audi Gods heard that?
