[V8] replaced the Winter car....or how do you like me new A8?

I was searching for something politically correct to say. Don't wanna piss
off my neighbor to the north in case he decides to send me a dose of
Montreal Express far, far too early!

I had a nice ride in an A8 once.  Very nice.  Very, very nice, in fact.  
But just a tad too, oh, well, CIVILIZED for me, it seemed.  Made me think
more favorably about an S8, though.  Until I priced tires, of course.

No, if the transmission will not fall out in the short future, this will be
a great car, I think.  

But for me, it would have to be an S6 if I ever replace the V8.  One of the
'02-04 varieties, I think.  They are no appearing as used cars. Unhappily
with a quadrizillion miles....
