[V8] Air Conditioning not always cool

There's a Freon leak. Usually it's an o-ring- you can get a o-ring "kit"
for about 15$ and replace them all, then get a recharge. Or add.. leak
out... add.. leak out.. add.. you get the idea..

At every connection on the AC system there is a o-ring.  Compressor to
Condenser. Condenser to T Fitting. T Fitting to Orifice Tube. O Tube to
Evap Core, Evap Core to Dryer. Dryer to Compressor. There are 4 on the
compressor under the manifold.
